Steps to Wellness starts January 9th, 2021, and is a 6 week, online, live group programme, where you will be guided step-by-step through a wonderful journey empowering you to grow your knowledge, and your toolkit, to make a positive impact on yours, and your family's health and lifestyle, throughout the winter, and beyond.
A strong immune system is vital to good health. If our immune systems are healthy, it’s easier to fight bacteria, viruses, or anything else trying to make us sick. Our immune system is powerful, and it WANTS to keep us healthy. But it's our job to provide our body with the environment it needs, so it can function optimally! There is so much we can do to help keep our bodies robust!
But do you find the wellbeing world confusing, and you feel you could benefit from the help of a Health Coach? Sian is here to empower, educate and inspire you to gain a better understanding of what changes we can make in our nutrition, home, and our lifestyle, to improve the health of ourselves, and our family.
Nutrition tips, advice, and guidance to keep yourself, and your family healthy
Learn to better support your immune system, feel more energised, improve sleep
Tips and advice to properly manage stress
Learn about the risks of tap water, and how and what water filters to choose
Gain a better understanding of food labels and identify red flags
Understand detox and how to support the body's natural detox process
Create a low-tox home
Each session will involve some down to earth, relaxed,
but informative and interesting learning, as well as
some practical elements too!

1. EATING TO BALANCE BLOOD SUGAR
Eating in a way that balances blood sugar and promotes health instead of dis-ease
2. WHAT IS HIDING IN YOUR KITCHEN CUPBOARDS?
Reading food labels, understanding hidden ingredients
WEEK 3
1. WHAT ARE HEALTHY FATS AND WHY WE NEED THEM
Which fats to choose, and why we need them
2. DETOXIFICATION AND LYMPH LOVE
Detox myths, how our bodies detox, how to support the process
1. THE POWER OF NUTRITION

1. MIGHTY MINERALS
Mineral rich foods and why they are vital for optimal health
2. CREATING A LOW-TOX HOME
Importance of going low-tox, finding healthy swaps, creating your own low-tox products at home
WEEK 5
1. ORGANIC AND SEASONAL FOOD
Fitting organic food into your budget, eating with the seasons
2. HOW TO PROPERLY MANAGE STRESS AND ANXIETY
Coping techniques, how to create resilience in the body
WEEK 6
1. DIGESTION SUPPORTING FOOD CONSUMPTION
Preparing and consuming food in a way that supports health
2. SLEEP HACKS
Sleep supporting habits and hacks
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We will meet from 7.30pm-9pm, every Monday from 9th January 2023 - 13th February 2023
Sessions will be hosted on Zoom.com. Recordings will be available for 48 hours
The first part of each session will be focused on a nutritional subject, and the second half of the session will be focused on a lifestyle subject
You will have receive a copy of the PDF slides from each session, and additional educational and supporting PDFs
And for the entire 6 weeks we will have a WhatsApp group to build connection, community, and ask me all your questions!
Most importantly, we will have FUN, build community and CONNECTION,
hold each other ACCOUNTABLE, and feel EDUCATED and EMPOWERED
to thrive, and help your loved ones do the same!

Meet Sian
Despite the serious looking photo, Sian is known for her down to earth, and approachable personality (and great sense of humour!), so you will be in safe hands.
Sian believes that both learning, and life should be fun, because, stress, and worry can contribute to dis-ease in the body. So that is what Steps to Wellness is all about. Learning in an enjoyable way without the scare mongering or overwhelm!
