Transforming your Health and Wellbeing

You may have zero knowledge about topics such as nutrition, fitness, how to improve your sleep etc, or you may have a ton and really not need any more as you aren't able to do much with the knowledge you already have! Either way, I am guessing you are feeling stuck, because you are here, reading this, This is where I as a health coach come in.

In order to create change and transform our health and wellbeing, we need to take action, however imperfect it is. Knowledge is only power if you are able to stop searching, and implement what you already know. And if you don't know what that looks like, that is ok. If you don't know what a healthy food plate should look like, or how to sleep better, that is ok. I am here for that too!

When you take information and knowledge from what you have already learnt, or from what I provide you, and you learn to IMPLEMENT, that is where you see......TRANSFORMATION. You can't skip the implementation, otherwise you will never see transformation.

How Sian can help you

In our very first session, we will sit down together via a video call, and we will work through your health history. From the time you were born, until the present day.

​

We will explore your health and lifestyle to discover what is going on in your life, and what is holding you back.

​

I will consider each bit of information you provided me in the health history case taking session and make suggestions as to what you could consider implementing, to improve how you feel, and how you can thrive. This could include nutritional aspects and even movement, but also, relationships, career, your environment, and your toxic load. Bringing your health into balance is about addressing the body as a whole, not just one area. Everything works together!

 

We will create a plan, and as the weeks go by, session by session we will work together to implement the suggestions I make, as well as anything you come up with. With me as your Health Coach, by your side.

I will educate and empower you, and make important nutritional suggestions, but I am here to help you address your blocks and limitations. I will help you move through these by asking you appropriate but powerful questions, that will help you come to your own realisations, see things from a new perspective, and help you move forward.

 

I will educate you and empower you to help you develop the skills and mindset, to find your own solutions. Our journey together will come to an end at some point so I want to leave you with tools, tools that will support you every day for the rest of your entire life.

My bespoke whole-body approach will be tailored to suit YOUR personal needs where we will look at targeted wholefood nutrition, movement, nurturing your mindset and emotions, goal setting and providing you with the tools to create a low-toxic load within all areas of your life. Health Coaching is a person-centred, client-led process, and we will work together to empower you to reach YOUR health goals. No calorie counting, no fad diets and no over-exercising!

 

I advocate for not focusing on a diagnosis you may have received, or focusing on each chronic condition, but instead, nourishing your body to create energy, strength and resilience, so you can move forward.

 

During our time together, I will ensure we look at the body as a whole, combining nutrition, movement if appropriate, mindset, education, with accountability and support from myself along the way.

As a qualified Health Coach, I have been trained in specialised coaching techniques, so you know you will be in safe hands.

Why coaching packages, over one-off sessions?

Because your body likely did not reach this situation in a short period of time, so it is going to take time to heal.

 

We cannot undo a lifetime of living a certain way, in one session, or even a few months. So, working together for 6 weeks at the very least, is a good foundation to help you head in the right direction. A nourished body full of vitality cannot be achieved overnight and implementing new food and lifestyle habits takes time. Sustainable health is achieved when we make small and consistent changes, step by step, and work on instilling each one of them along the way.

 

When we work together, we will deep dive into your health history, family health history, lifestyle habits, to develop a health plan and get you on the right track.
